Each property gets its own subscription plan. You can have different plans for different properties — for example, your primary residence on the Claim Ready plan and a rental property on the free plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade your property's plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all new features. Annual billing starts from the date of upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is available forever with basic features. You can try the platform risk-free and upgrade when you need more advanced protection features.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, you'll keep all uploaded documents and photos. Premium features like AI processing and evidence mode will be paused until you upgrade again.
